Agreement

By booking Frestonow Parcel you agree to these Parcel Terms, the Parcel Privacy Policy and the Parcel consumer policies in the footer. Shopping, Grocery and Food terms do not apply to courier bookings.

Your account

Keep OTP or password confidential. You are responsible for bookings from your account, including the accuracy of sender and receiver details and declared contents.

Sender duties

You warrant that contents are legal, correctly declared and packed. Frestonow may open or refuse a shipment if we reasonably suspect a prohibited item. Title to the goods stays with the sender or receiver — Frestonow is a carrier, not a seller of those goods.

Acceptable use

Do not book Parcel to move prohibited goods, harass riders, or enter fake addresses. We may cancel and report illegal consignments to authorities.

Liability and law

Liability for loss or damage is limited as described in the Parcel refund policy and any declared-value option you paid for, to the extent permitted by Indian law. Statutory rights are not excluded where they cannot be.
