Service type
Frestonow Parcel is a same-city, point-to-point service. It is not inter-city cargo unless the booking screen says otherwise. A partner picks up from the sender address and drops at the receiver address you entered.
What you must not send
Do not send cash, jewellery of high undeclared value, hazardous or flammable goods, live animals, perishable food that can spoil in transit, illegal items, or anything prohibited under Indian law. The partner may refuse pickup if contents or packing are unsafe or do not match the booking.
Packing and handover
You (the sender) must pack items so they survive a bike or van trip. Use cushioning for fragile goods. Keep the shipment ready in the pickup slot. The partner is not required to wait beyond a reasonable time.
Tracking
Track pickup and drop from Parcel → History. Share the tracking ID with the receiver. OTP or ID check may be required at drop for some bookings.
