Before pickup
You may cancel a Parcel booking before the delivery partner has picked up the shipment. Shipping charges paid online are then refunded to the original payment method after cancellation is confirmed.
After pickup
Once the parcel is in transit, cancellation is usually not available. If the receiver refuses delivery, we attempt a return-to-sender where operations allow. Extra distance or waiting charges can apply.
No product returns
Parcel is not Shopping. There is no 48-hour product return, because Frestonow did not sell you the goods inside the bag. Claims for loss or damage are handled under the Parcel refund policy.
