By placing a Grocery order you agree to these Grocery Terms, the Grocery Privacy Policy and the Grocery consumer policies in the footer. Shopping, Food and Parcel terms do not apply to grocery checkouts.
Your account
Keep OTP or password confidential. You are responsible for grocery orders from your account, including substitutions you allow at checkout.
Fulfilment
Grocery is fulfilled by a Frestonow dark store or a partner store. MRP, expiry and packing are as picked from that store. Weight-sold produce is billed on actual weight. Images are indicative.
Acceptable use
Do not place grocery orders for resale abuse of promotions, harass riders, or use fake quality complaints to obtain free goods.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Frestonow is not liable for indirect losses (for example a missed meal plan). Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
