How do I track a grocery order?
Open Grocery → Orders. Rider location and ETA, where live, appear after the order is packed.
Why did my bill change?
Out-of-stock lines are removed and refunded. Loose items are billed on packed weight. Approved substitutions can have a different MRP. The final bill is on the order page.
Can I return milk or vegetables?
Not after 48 hours like a T-shirt. Report spoilage, wrong item or short weight on the delivery day with photos. Sealed packaged grocery can follow the 48-hour return if unused.
Which payments are accepted?
UPI, cards, net banking, Paytm and COD on eligible grocery orders. Limits can differ from Shopping COD.
How do I contact support?
Email info@frestonow.com with the Grocery order ID.
