Delivery promise
Grocery orders are fulfilled from a nearby dark store or partner store and delivered to the selected address. The slot or ETA at checkout can be as fast as a few minutes in live zones, and can stretch in peak hours, rain or high demand.
Serviceable area
You can only checkout if your drop pin is inside the store’s delivery radius. Moving the pin after checkout may make the order undeliverable.
Substitutions and missing items
If an item is out of stock after you order, we may remove it and refund that line, or offer a substitution where the store supports it and you have not turned substitutions off.
Check the final bill on the order page. Missing items should be reported from the same page, ideally on delivery day, with a photo of the bag and invoice.
Failed delivery
Keep your phone reachable and share gate or landmark instructions. If we cannot deliver after reasonable attempts, perishable items may not be re-attempted. Eligible refunds follow the Grocery return and refund policy — not the Shopping 48-hour marketplace return.
