Cancellation

You may cancel a grocery order before the store has finished picking or the rider has been assigned, as shown on the order page. Once the order is packed or out for delivery, cancellation is usually closed because items are already pulled from inventory.

If a prepaid cancellation is accepted, the amount is refunded to the original payment method after confirmation. Bank or UPI partners typically take 3–7 working days.

Packaged goods — 48-hour return

Sealed, unused, non-perishable packed goods (for example unopened biscuits, staples, sealed personal care that is not hygiene-restricted) may be returned within 48 hours of delivery if the product is eligible and in original packing with invoice.

Refund is processed only after the item is received back and verified — not when you tap Return.

Fresh and perishable items

Cut fruit, loose vegetables, dairy, eggs, meat, frozen foods and similar perishables cannot be returned 48 hours later. Report quality, spoilage or wrong weight on the delivery day from the order page with photos so we can refund or replace that line where the complaint is valid.
