Accepted methods
Grocery checkout may offer UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, wallets such as Paytm, and other methods shown at checkout.
Cash on delivery may be available on eligible grocery orders, subject to order-value limits and store settings. High-value or first-time orders may be prepaid-only.
Bill amount
The amount you pay can change slightly after picking if an item is out of stock (line removed and refunded) or if a substitution you approved is a different MRP. The final bill is on the Grocery order page.
Weight-sold items (for example loose vegetables) are billed on actual packed weight. A small variance versus the cart estimate is normal; you pay for what was packed.
Failed payments
If money is debited but the grocery order does not confirm, the amount is reversed to the original method, typically in 3–7 working days. Write to info@frestonow.com with the Grocery order or payment reference.
