Information we collect
For Grocery we collect account details, delivery address and pin, live location when you allow it (to show nearby stores and rider ETA), grocery order history, substitution preferences, and payment status from payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on Frestonow servers.
How we use it
We share name, address and phone with the store and delivery partner so they can pick and drop your grocery order. We use order history to restock and to show relevant grocery offers — not to mix your restaurant or parcel bookings into the grocery picker flow.
Retention and rights
Access, correction or deletion requests: info@frestonow.com with subject “Privacy request — Grocery”, subject to legal holds.
Cookies
Cookies keep your grocery session, cart and selected store. Blocking them may stop checkout.
