Agreement
By placing or browsing Shopping orders on the Frestonow website or app, you agree to these Shopping Terms, the Shopping Privacy Policy and the Shopping consumer policies in the footer. Grocery, Food and Parcel have separate terms. If you do not agree, do not use Shopping.
Your account
Keep login OTP or password confidential. You are responsible for Shopping orders placed from your account. Frestonow may suspend accounts used for fraud, fake returns, abuse of delivery partners or illegal listings.
Marketplace role
For most listings the contract of sale is between you and the seller. Frestonow provides the platform, payments experience and related services. Product authenticity, description and warranty are the seller’s responsibility except where Frestonow is named as the seller or the law requires otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the catalogue, manipulate prices or coupons, file false returns, or use Shopping to sell or buy prohibited goods.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Frestonow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses on marketplace transactions. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
