How do I track a Shopping order?
Open Shopping → Orders (or Track Order) and use the Shopping order ID. Courier tracking, where available, is shown on the same order page.
How do returns work?
Open the delivered order, tap Return within 48 hours, and send the product back. Money is refunded only after we receive and verify the item — not when you raise the request.
Who is the seller?
The product and order pages name the seller. Warranty, invoice name and some return exceptions follow that seller’s listing. Frestonow is the marketplace unless the listing says Frestonow is the seller.
Which payments are accepted?
UPI, Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, net banking, Paytm and COD on eligible SKUs. Availability can differ by product and pin code.
How do I contact support?
Email info@frestonow.com from your registered mailbox and include the Shopping order ID.
