Cancellation

You may cancel a Shopping order before the seller marks it packed or dispatched. After dispatch, use Return instead of cancel.

If a prepaid cancellation is accepted, the amount is refunded to the original payment method after the seller or Frestonow confirms cancellation. COD orders that are cancelled before dispatch have nothing to refund.

Returns — 48 hours

For eligible marketplace products, raise a return within 48 hours of the order being marked delivered.

Raising a return does not credit money immediately. The refund is processed only after the product is picked up or dropped back and passes quality check.

How to request

Open Shopping → Orders → select the item → Return. Choose a reason and add photos if asked. Once approved, a pickup is scheduled or you are asked to drop the item at a stated point.
