Who ships
The seller (or Frestonow fulfilment where the listing says so) packs and hands the shipment to a courier or delivery partner. Estimated delivery dates on the product and order pages depend on stock, your pin code and courier capacity.
Serviceable locations
We deliver Shopping orders only to pin codes where Frestonow Shopping is live. If your area is not serviceable, checkout will block payment before you pay.
Hand-over
Please receive the packet yourself or authorise someone at the delivery address. High-value orders may need an OTP or ID check. Inspect the outer carton for tear or wet damage before you accept, and note it with the partner if you see a problem.
Failed delivery
If nobody is available after reasonable attempts, the shipment may go back to the seller. Re-delivery or refund then follows the cancellation and return rules for Shopping — not Grocery or Food policies.
