Accepted methods
Shopping checkout may offer UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, wallets such as Paytm, and other methods shown on the payment screen.
Cash on delivery (COD) is available only on eligible products, sellers and order values. COD may be turned off for high-value items, certain pin codes or seller settings.
When the order is confirmed
A prepaid order is confirmed only after successful payment authorisation. If money is debited but the order does not confirm, the amount is reversed to the original method, typically in 3–7 working days as per the bank or UPI partner.
For COD, the order is confirmed when the seller accepts it. You pay the delivery partner at hand-over in cash or by the digital COD option shown, if any.
Invoices and offers
Tax invoices are issued by the selling entity shown on the order (the seller or Frestonow). Promo codes apply only to eligible Shopping SKUs and cannot be moved to Grocery, Food or Parcel.
