Information we collect
For Shopping we collect account details (name, phone, email), delivery addresses, marketplace order history, device data, pin code and approximate location (to show serviceability and ETAs), and payment status from payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on Frestonow servers.
How we use it
We use this information to confirm Shopping orders, share name, address and phone with the seller and courier so they can dispatch and deliver, prevent fraud, support returns, and send transactional SMS or email about your Shopping order.
We do not treat a Grocery, Food or Parcel booking as part of your Shopping order history for those other services’ operations, except where a single Frestonow account profile is needed for login.
Retention and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where the law allows, subject to bookkeeping and legal holds. Email info@frestonow.com with the subject “Privacy request — Shopping”.
Cookies
Cookies keep your Shopping session, cart and language. Blocking them may stop checkout from working.
