By ordering on Frestonow Food you agree to these Food Terms, the Food Privacy Policy and the Food consumer policies in the footer. Grocery, Shopping and Parcel terms do not apply to restaurant checkouts.
Your account
Keep OTP or password confidential. You are responsible for food orders from your account, including customisation notes sent to the restaurant.
Restaurant role
The restaurant prepares the meal. Frestonow provides discovery, checkout, payments experience and delivery network. The contract for the food is typically between you and the restaurant, except where Frestonow is listed as the seller. Allergen and hygiene practices follow the restaurant; inform them of allergies in customisation notes and in person if needed.
Acceptable use
Do not harass restaurant staff or riders, place fake orders, abuse promo codes, or use Food to order anything other than the restaurant’s listed menu.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Frestonow is not liable for indirect losses. Nothing limits statutory consumer rights, including for unsafe food.
