Accepted methods
Food checkout may offer UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, wallets such as Paytm, and other methods shown at checkout.
Some restaurants offer cash on delivery where the restaurant and your area allow it. Promo codes apply only to eligible restaurant items and cannot be used on Grocery, Shopping or Parcel.
When the order is confirmed
A prepaid food order is confirmed after successful payment and after the restaurant accepts it. If the restaurant declines, the paid amount is refunded to the original method (typically 3–7 working days for bank or UPI).
Taxes, packing charges and delivery fee are shown in the cart before you pay. They follow the restaurant and the distance band at checkout.
Invoices
The restaurant and/or Frestonow may issue tax invoices for the meal and delivery components as applicable. Payment queries: info@frestonow.com with your Food order ID.
