Email info@frestonow.com with the Food order ID, restaurant name, registered mobile and a short description (missing item, quality, delay, billing). Photos of the sealed pack and contents help on quality complaints.
Track preparation and rider status from Food → Orders. Raise missing or wrong-item issues as soon as you open the bag — prepared food cannot be returned later like a shopping product.
