By using the Frestonow website or app you agree to these platform terms and to the Terms of Use of the module you actually checkout in (Shopping, Grocery, Food or Parcel).
Your account
One Frestonow account can access all four services. You are responsible for orders and bookings placed from it. Keep OTP and password confidential.
Four services
Shopping is a marketplace. Grocery is store fulfilment. Food is restaurant meals. Parcel is carriage of your goods. Do not apply one service’s return window to another.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, scrape data, harass partners, or attempt fraud across any module.
Liability and law
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Frestonow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.
