Information we collect
We collect account details (name, phone, email), addresses, device data, approximate location when you allow it, order and booking history per service, and payment status from payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on Frestonow servers.
How we use it
Login is shared across modules. Operational sharing (seller, store, restaurant, rider) is limited to the service you used for that order. See Privacy inside Shopping, Grocery, Food or Parcel for that flow.
When we share information
We share only the information needed to provide a service: address and contact details with the assigned delivery partner, order details with the relevant seller, store or restaurant, and payment references with the payment processor. We may share information with hosting, analytics, fraud prevention and support providers working under confidentiality obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users and the platform, or during a business reorganisation with appropriate safeguards.
Your choices and rights
You can review or update your account details, manage location permission from your device, and opt out of non-essential promotional messages. You may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
Email info@frestonow.com with the subject “Privacy request” and the phone number linked to your account. We may verify your identity before processing the request.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring and limited staff access to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your OTP and password private and report suspected misuse promptly.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet tax and legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and enforce agreements. When it is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymised.
Retention and rights
You may request deletion of your account, but some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies for session, cart, language and analytics. Some features stop if they are blocked.
Children and policy changes
Frestonow services are intended for adults who can enter a binding agreement. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
We may update this policy when our services, law or privacy practices change. The updated version will show a new revision date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
